What is the recruitment process at Omega Pilzno?
On our website, you will find all current job vacancies. Attach the application documents to the dedicated form available under the advertisement.
At this stage, our HR team analyzes all submitted applications. We verify them for the Candidate’s professional profile and the requirements in the notice. Due to the large number of recruitment processes, we inform you that we will only contact selected people.
If your application is successful, you will be invited to a recruitment interview. It will enable us to obtain detailed information about your experience, knowledge and competences. During the meeting we will be able to get to know each other better and talk about your expectations. During the recruitment interview for specialist positions, we can use one of the methods to verify your knowledge and skills: Ability tests – Personality questionnaire – Assessment Center.
At this stage, you will be informed about the recruitment results. Our goal is to streamline the recruitment process while minimizing formalities. We want you to receive feedback up to 2 weeks after the meeting.
